Who we are
Mansour Fish is a company located in Mauritania, that sustainably sources wild fish daily. Our priorities are the quality and the environmental effect, where with success in both of those priorities, we do our best to provide the best quality available on the market, while maintaining our source – the sea – in the greatest condition.
Mansour Fish has been sourcing fish for several years now. Having obtained all the licenses required for such activity, we have done well not only in complying with the laws of Mauritania, but also with the European and the World product standards.
Our philosophy is to do with the most difficult, “Ultra-Fresh” sector of the market – providing fresh, never frozen fish. We only use air transport for our logistics, to deliver the products as fresh as possible, as it allows for a “sea to shelf” idea to be executed within hours.
Production
Mansour Fish provides a wide range of fish and sea food, having a significantly lower dependance on seasons than our competitors, due to our rich and sustainable location. We offer anything starting from Lobsters and Prawns, ending with Groupers and Soles.
Having a preparation center located just miles away from the coast, we are ready to offer a variety of products, all consisting of our freshly caught fish: whole or filleted fish, packed in transport boxes or directly in a customer specific package.
With such flexibility we also offer very competitive prices, which combined with our highest quality products, result into a sustainable and long-lasting relations with our clients.
